An efficient, labour saving, hand-held tool for extracting fruit pulp from the fibrous fruit keys of Pandanus (Kewdi) fruits. The invention is unique as this; a person can extact pulp from 320 keys/hour through this tool in comparison to 180 keys/hour through traditional method. Moreover, the fruit pulp obtained through this tool were cleaner from other fibres than those obtained through traditional method. This tool will help to processing of fruit pulp for various research and analysis as well as fruit pulp cake preparation. The team of Dr. I.
